Pat Stone has been fly fishing the Boone area and Eastern Tennessee since 2003, averaging 200 days a year on the water. He splits his time between the area's numerous small streams and the tailwaters in Tennessee. His main focus is sight fishing to the large brown trout found on the South Holston. He has been guiding the area since 2004 part time, and is now available full time. His transition to a full time guide is driven by his passion for fly fishing and his eagerness to show people how to become better anglers.
